I know firsthand how the smallest tasks can be the hardest. I understand how that "deer-in-headlights" feeling is often mistaken for laziness.
I am passionate about working with people of all ages, professions, and abilities. My own journey with ADHD, and similar experiences of important people in my life, continue to inform and inspire me. Through one-on-one and group coaching, I help clients strengthen cognitive and executive functioning skills to reach professional, academic, and personal success. My research-based approach, ability to connect with others, and experience growing innovative programs for a variety of clientele enable me to uncover and encourage strengths in my clients.
In addition to coaching, teaching yoga, riding horses, and running, I currently work with neurodiverse students in a highly competitive independent school north of Seattle. I am also passionate about cooking and food, hiking, traveling, art, and most importantly, finding humor and joy in everything I do.
