My coaching services are for anyone struggling to match their behaviors to their goals, with or without a diagnosis. You may be a teen or adult with a formal ADHD diagnosis, or a motivated individual or group challenged to accomplish important tasks. Most of us aren't taught these skills, so we find ways to cope. Through coaching, I will help you identify, explore, and enhance the cognitive and executive skills you need to pinpoint and accomplish your goals. I aim to help you do more than "just get by"; I want to help you flourish.
